At Easy Elegance, we want you to step out in confidence. If your new pair isn't quite the right fit, we’ve made our Australian return process straightforward and fair.
The Essentials

Timeframe: All returns must be initiated via our Returns Centre within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unworn, in brand-new condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

The Shoe Box: Please do not tape or attach labels directly to the original shoe box. Place the shoe box inside a mailing bag or a separate shipping box before sealing.
How to Return

Visit our Returns Centre to start your request.

Package your shoes securely in their original box, including your receipt.

Print and firmly attach the provided Returns Label to the outside of your package.

Drop your parcel off at any Australia Post location.

Processing Time: We are currently experiencing minor delays. Please allow 5–10 business days for our team to process your return once it arrives at our warehouse.

Eligibility: Don't worry—as long as your return was submitted within the 30-day window and meets our condition standards, it will be processed regardless of warehouse delays.

Final Sale: Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned. If sent back to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping at your expense.
