You agree that you are responsible for your access to our Website and for ensuring that any persons who may access the Website through your internet connection are aware of and compliant with these Terms. We reserve the right to restrict the quantity or total value of products available for purchase, request identification before processing an order, or cancel an order at any time for any reason.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Prices: The prices of the products shall be those specified on the Easy Elegance website. All prices are indicative only and subject to change at our sole discretion, without notice. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include international shipping, customs, or postage fees, which are calculated at checkout.

  • Payment: Full payment of the purchase price, including any delivery fees, is required at the time of placing your order. Payment is charged at the end of the checkout process. If your payment is unable to be successfully processed, or if we suspect it has been paid for using fraudulent or unlawful means, your order will be cancelled.


3. Shipping, Delivery & Customs

  • Dispatch & Transit: Our collections are dispatched directly from our warehouse and fulfillment center in Australia. Shipping within Australia generally takes 1-5 business days from the date of dispatch. Any delivery date or time specified by us is an estimate only.

  • International Orders (Outside Australia): We proudly ship our vintage designs worldwide. If your delivery address is outside of Australia, your order may be subject to international customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be covered, calculated, or reimbursed by Easy Elegance.

4. Returns & Exchanges (Standard Collections)

For our standard, non-customized collections (such as the Secret Garden Collection):

  • Full-Price Items: Eligible for an exchange, refund, or store voucher within 14 days of delivery.

  • Sale Items: Eligible for an exchange or store voucher only.

  • Condition: To be eligible for a return, shoes must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in pristine condition. We highly recommend trying on your shoes indoors on a soft, carpeted surface to avoid marking the soles.

5. Product Care

Our footwear prioritizes premium materials and delicate artisanal details. We recommend waterproofing your shoes prior to the first wear. Treat minor marks by gently wiping with a soft, damp cloth. For delicate materials or difficult stains, please consult a specialist to preserve the enduring style of your pair.

6. Promotional Offers

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers—including store-wide discounts, bundles, and coupons—cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Easy Elegance reserves the right to:

  • Terminate, modify, or extend any promotional offer at any time, without notice.

  • Cancel any order to which a promotional discount or code has been applied in error.
